  • US$500mio NEXI-untied credit facility to Isdemir/Erdemir Iron and Steel Works, the first corporate risk of NEXI in Turkey


  • Advisor to the Turkish State in the block sale of Turk Telekom for US$6.550mn, this was the largest privatization and M&A mandate in Republic's history. (2006 Emerging Market Deal of the year by Acquisition Monthly)

  • Advisor/Arranger for 761 MW Tractabel sponsored Ankara BO
